Once connected a live chat can be established as well as services ranging from remote desktop viewing, remote desktop connection, file transfers, automated updates, and much more.

How do I connect to go2tech? (via www.allmaxsoftware.com)

  1. Go to http://www.allmaxsoftware.com/go2tech/
  2. Enter your information in the provided fields. (shown below)

  3. Click the connect button.
  4. Proceed through the download process of the LogMeInRescue Applet. If prompted, you will need to allow for an ActiveX control to be installed to manage the Applet download.
  5. Once downloaded, you will be prompted to install the Applet. Proceed.
  6. Following installation the go2tech console will appear. (shown below)

  7. After being connected, a technical support representative will contact through the chat window.

What does go2tech cost?
