Using permission-based remote desktop sharing and point-to-point technology, go2tech enables real-time remote control of a user's computer at any time, from anywhere in the world through an Internet connection. The service provides seamless support sessions, handles incidents more quickly and reduces the need for multiple support calls or on-site visits.

This service is not only for clients. Anyone who is interested in AllMax software, or those who have downloaded programs from the AllMax web site and have questions or need application setup assistance can use it.

Once connected, go2tech provides an AllMax technician with a snap-shot view of the remote system's information, such as startup programs and processes, for evaluation of system health and status. An array of incident resolution tools can be utilized to address end user issues, including script deployment, remote re-boot, login as administrator, URL push, white board and interactive chat. While troubleshooting, multiple files and folders can be dragged and dropped through a dual pane file transfer option. Relevant system information can be copied and pasted into a two-way clipboard for capturing remote PC specifics. Detailed history and notes from previous support sessions can be retrieved for review.

There are two ways to connect to our technicians: directly from the AllMax software application or through support links incorporated into the company web site. For the end user, prompts to permit or deny technician access to all functions are provided, as well as an ability to stop remote control or disconnect at any time.
