Equipment and Work Orders

Enter unlimited equipment and asset records to manage your maintenance data. Create and maintain work order information in Antero by defining and scheduling Templates, tracking Open Work Order progress, completing open work orders to Work Order History, and manage requests for service using the Work Request application. Automatically create maintenance for equipment by utilizing scheduling options of By Interval, By Calendar and By Meter/Gauge Reading. Ad hoc Work Orders can be created manually in emergency and corrective situations as well. Printed work orders can be distributed in full detail or in list format.

Control your spare parts inventory by taking full advantage of the Parts/Materials section of Antero. Enter and track parts and parts quantity information for usage data on Work Orders. Control costs by identifying frequently used parts and items from your inventory. Create and receive orders through the Ordering/Receiving section. Manage vendors, manufacturers, subcontractors, and third parties using the Vendor section. Transfer parts between departments and warehouses to complete the inventory control process.
